My Bon Voyage Lunch Get Together

On the last day of my stay on N. Epic before my sign-off day October 7, 2012 i was really SURPRISED, my colleagues at work throw a little bon voyage luncheon for me. The last time i had a surprise party was way back college days. I got carried away (like M&M's) and was teary eyed by the surprise, knowing that it was a day before embarkation very busy and all were having hectic schedules , everyone exerted their time and  effort to attend. I felt that time i am the richest woman alive having been surrounded with genuine people, I am so blessed and grateful to have work with amazing people. Also many thanks to my RM Luiza (Romania), F&B Director Martin (Bulgaria) and Chefy Anil(India) for dropping by. To my Madam Rogeliza (despite not being able to come,you were the lady behind the scene), Room Service team and sis Marilyn lots and lots of pasasalamat who made all these possible.

That farewell party and its celebrations though made me happy but it also marked a moment of sorrow for me because of the goodbyes and adieus. In life we take options and we move on…but definitely the times of having to enjoy those little moments with you guys despite the rigid schedule is something I will forever cherish. I am forever thankful to my N.Epic family you will always be in my heart wherever i go.I wish you all success and best wishes in life. I hope someday we will all meet with success wherever we go. And hope to bump in that one very direction we are heading to.

My journey to Cairo, Egypt was way back 2010 when I sign-up for a crew tour on Norwegian Jade. One of the perks that come in working on a passenger ship is also a chance to experience touring those magnificent tourist destinations at a fair discounted price.In the video the guy from the souvenir shop showed to us how to make a Papyrus, it is first known to have been used in ancient Egypt as writing material and for boats, mattresses, etc. It was a four hour long drive (if my memory serves me right) to Cairo from Alexandria, as shown in the video we have a tour guide in the bus narrating us about the history, tradition, culture about Egypt. I have always been a music fanatic and i could stay at home all day long listening to it. Today I decided to make my first music video with lyrics and my pick is a song by a Swedish pop singer Loreen who co-wrote the song "My Heart Is Refusing Me".  Loreen represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest way back 2012  with her entry "Euphoria" and won the contest. DAVAO CITY Covid19 Vaccination Drive for Senior Citizens

BARANGAY TORIL DAVAO CITY  Today May 21, 2021 I accompanied my mom in getting her first jab of free covid19 vaccine in Brgy Toril Davao City. We arrived at exactly 8am and as expected because it was assumed to be the last day for vaccination for the Seniors (which by the way was extended to May 25-28, 2021 from 8am-3pm), there was a long line already when we arrived. However everything were in order kudos to the efforts of Brgy Toril officials, DOH Davao and City Government of Davao under the leadership of Mayor Sara Duterte. Honestly there were hesitations at first to get a covid19 vaccine due to negative news like adverse side effects to some who received it, but due to words of encouragement from family members like my Aunt, neighbors who were fellow seniors as well finally made our minds, me and my siblings concurred to have my mom vaccinated.
